  1. How long does it take for you to complete my order?
    This varies depending on the type of project we are producing for you. Some jobs can be produced in a matter of minutes and others may take days depending on the complexity or simplicity of the job. Please let us know when you need your job completed and we will let you know if it can be done. We go to great lengths to meet your requirements.

 

  1. What is a "proof"?
    A proof is a way of ensuring that we have met your requirements in terms of artwork, layout and fonts. Typically, we will produce a proof which will be sent to you online or printed on paper which can be viewed at our office or delivered to you in person. We do not start your project until you have signed off on a proof.

 

  1. What are quantity breaks?
    Designing artwork and setting up our equipment to manufacture your job takes the same amount of time and work whether we produce one or a thousand items. When we quote a job we can include different quantities so that you can see which is the most economical for your needs.

 

  1. How will I know if a file I uploaded to your web site has been received?
    After your uploaded file is received on our website, an email message is sent to you confirming that the file has been received.  In addition an email is sent to us alerting us that your file was uploaded so that we can take appropriate action on the file.

 

  1. Do you have a preferred format for image files that you work with?
    Our state of the art design systems and graphic artists can work with all the common image file formats.  However that said, graphic images that are produced in vector format are the easiest to manipulate and are our preferred format.  Also vector images scale well to the large sizes required for signage.  The common file formats for vector images are .EPS .PDF or .AI files.

 

  1. Can you supply me with signs if my business is in a different city to you?
    We are part of a network of independent sign companies across North America who work together to supply national account and out of town customers.
